About Me

Hey, Thanks for visiting my site! I'm a young and motivated UX/UI designer and game developer based in San Francisco, California. I am currently a recent at UC Santa Cruz with a Bachelors of Art in Art and Design: Games and Playable Media.

​

My passion for developing video games has motivated me to use my gamification expertise to design more engaging user experiences to other platforms.

ASSIST Lab,  Undergraduate UX Research Assistant

Winter 2018 - Present |University of California, Santa Cruz

  • Developed and designed a virtual reality game for adults with developmental disabilities in learning social-emotional skills.

  • Worked closely with therapists to gain research information regarding individuals with disabilities.

  • Designed storyboards, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes.

  • User-testing was conducted at Hope Services in Santa Cruz County.

Jan 2020 - March 2020 | Class Project

  • Working in a team to help redesign the current website for the Baskin School of Engineering at UCSC.

  • Followed the user-centered design process starting with research and interview surveys which lead to the creation of low and high fidelity prototypes and user-testing.

  • Final project was presented to real stakeholders at the Baskin School of Engineering in Santa Cruz.

  • Worked closely with the founder of Carbon Active to develop a website to ensure positive user experience when shopping.

  • Prototypes of the website were developed on Figma and later conducted user-usability tests.

  • Collaborated with other stakeholders to ensure ideations were considered before further iterations were made.
